Important announcement: Compliance of the provisions of Flag Code of India.

Our flag represents the pride of our nation and our people. As such, we must show due respect to it at all times, observing the provisions of the Flag Code of India.

There are occasions when paper-made flags are used to celebrate a national, cultural or sporting festival. During such events, due care must be taken to dispose of these paper flags in an appropriate manner. Under no circumstances, should they be discarded or thrown on ground after the event. Indian nationals are urged to follow the provisions of the Flag Code at all times.
