Introduction of new category of Ayush (AY) Visa for foreign nationals

1.  Government of India has introduced a new category of Ayush (AY) visa for foreign nationals for treatment under Ayush system/Indian system of medicine like therapeutic care, wellness and Yoga viz. Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy etc.

2.  Accordingly, Embassy of India, Washington DC is pleased to announce that Ayush (AY-1) visa for foreigners visiting India for treatment under Ayush System/ Indian systems of medicine and their Ayush attendants visa AY-2 (co terminus with AY-1 visa holder) can be applied under Regular Paper Visa option as well as through e visa portal.
